Our Recife office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 13:00. If you're visiting in person, the address is Rua do Bom Jesus, 142, in the Recife Antigo neighbourhood — street parking is limited but we're a four-minute walk from the Marco Zero tram stop.

Do you charge buyers a fee?
In Brazil, the buyer's agent commission is typically paid by the seller as part of the transaction. We'll confirm the exact fee structure during our first conversation so there are no surprises.
How quickly can you start a property search?
Once we've had an intake conversation and agreed on your brief, we typically have an initial shortlist ready within three to five business days. For rental searches, that window is often shorter.
Do you work with clients relocating from outside Recife?
Yes — a significant number of our clients are relocating from other Brazilian cities or from abroad. We're comfortable conducting initial consultations by video call and can organise concentrated viewing schedules when you visit.
Can you help with a valuation even if we're not selling yet?
Absolutely. Many clients request a valuation to inform a future decision — refinancing, estate planning, or just benchmarking what they own. There's no obligation to list with us afterwards.
