Echozvivid is a boutique real estate agency based in Recife, Pernambuco. We help individuals, families, and investors buy, sell, rent, and assess residential and commercial properties across the city. Unlike larger agencies that distribute clients across a pool of generalist staff, Echozvivid assigns each client a single named advisor from the first call to the final handover. That advisor knows your situation, your priorities, and your timeline — and they carry the file personally. We work across Boa Viagem, Espinheiro, Pina, Casa Forte, Madalena, Graças, Recife Antigo, and selected adjacent districts. Our team of seven advisors has collectively closed more than 400 transactions since founding, across a combined property value exceeding R$ 180 million. The slate-professional approach we take — methodical, documented, precise — is not accidental. It reflects a deliberate choice to work with fewer clients and serve each one properly.
How we work and what we honestly don't do
Every client engagement at Echozvivid begins with a structured intake conversation — usually 30 to 45 minutes — where we listen more than we talk. From that conversation we build a written brief that guides the entire search or marketing process. We update clients with a weekly written summary of activity, market movements relevant to their transaction, and clear next steps. We don't chase volume. In any given month, Echozvivid carries between 15 and 22 active files — enough to run a sustainable business, few enough that every file gets proper attention. There are things we genuinely do not do: we don't sell investment packages or pooled property funds, we don't operate in the short-term holiday rental market, and we don't promise outcomes that depend on market conditions outside our control — price appreciation, rental yield, or resale timelines beyond 18 months are estimates, never guarantees. If you're looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, we are probably not the right fit. If you want a clear-eyed advisor who knows Recife's property market in detail and will tell you the truth about a deal before you commit, we'd be glad to meet.
